Thin-Crust Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water 110F/45C
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover with a clean towel and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 475F 245C. Punch down the dough and roll it out thinly on a floured surface.
Add your desired toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden.
