Ingredients:
1/2 oz Grenadine optional for added sweetness
1/2 oz Sambuca anise-flavored liqueur
1/2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur e.g., Baileys
Directions:
1 If using grenadine, pour it into the bottom of the shot glass.
2 Carefully layer Sambuca on top of the grenadine by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
3 Next, layer the Irish cream liqueur over the Sambuca using the same spoon technique for a smooth, distinct layering effect.
4 Serve immediately and enjoy!
