Instructions:

Make the Brownie Dough: Mix melted butter and sugar, then add cocoa, egg, vanilla, and dry ingredients along with chocolate chips.
Chill and Swirl: Chill both doughs for 30 minutes, then scoop and swirl them together on a baking sheet.
