The Genie Juice Cocktail
Ingredients:
For the Cocktail:
3 oz Island Blue Pucker 1.5 oz per glass
1 can 12 oz Sprite or lemon-lime soda
Blue cotton candy store-bought or homemade
Optional Homemade Blue Lemon Cotton Candy:
cup granulated sugar
68 drops blue food coloring
56 drops lemon extract
Directions:
Prepare the Glasses:
Fill two glasses with ice cubes for a chilled, refreshing base.
Mix the Drink:
Pour 1.5 oz of Island Blue Pucker into each glass.
Top each glass with Sprite or lemon-lime soda. Gently stir to combine the vibrant flavors.
Add the Cotton Candy:
Just before serving, place a generous piece of blue cotton candy on top of each glass.
