The Frosty Snowman Cocktail!
Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz pineapple juice
Sprite, to top
Crushed candy canes, for rimming
Simple syrup, for rimming
Instructions: Pour a small amount of simple syrup onto a plate and crushed candy canes onto another.
Roll the rim of the glass in the syrup, then dip it in the crushed candy canes for a festive touch. Set the glass aside.
Fill the prepared glass with ice.
In a shaker, combine coconut rum, blue curaçao, peppermint schnapps, and pineapple juice with ice. Shake well.
Strain into your glass, filling it two-thirds full, and top with Sprite. Stir gently if needed.
Serve cold and enjoy your holiday cocktail!
