The Blue Midnight Kiss
Ingredients:
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz blue curaçao
0.25 oz lemon juice
Champagne to top
Sugar for rimming the glass
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
Rub the rim of a champagne flute with a lemon wedge.
Dip the rim into sugar on a plate, rotating until its evenly coated.
Mix the Base:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, blue curaçao, and lemon juice.
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
Assemble the Cocktail:
Strain the mixture into the prepared champagne flute.
Top off the glass with champagne, allowing the bubbles to mix gently with the base.
Garnish:
Drop a maraschino cherry into the glass for a pop of color.
Serve:
