Sweet Strawberry Truffles Decadent, creamy truffles

Sweet Strawberry Truffles

Decadent, creamy truffles with a sweet strawberry twist, coated in rich white chocolate and topped with sprinkles for a festive touch!

Ingredients

For the Truffles:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Coating and Garnish:

2 cups white chocolate chips, melted

Pink or red sprinkles optional, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Truffle Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and the mixture is evenly pink.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle.

Step 2: Shape the Truffles

Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls with your hands.

Place the truffle balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1520 minutes to set.

Step 3: Coat the Truffles

Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.

Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.

Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, add sprinkles immediately before the chocolate sets.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the truffles for 30 minutes or until the coating is firm.

Serve chilled and enjoy your Sweet Strawberry Truffles!
