Sully Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Blue Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast flavor
2 oz Coconut Rum
oz Pineapple Juice
Purple Sanding Sugar optional, for rimming the glass
Vanilla Frosting optional, for rimming the glass
Purple Striped Straw optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass:
If desired, rim a lowball glass with vanilla frosting to create a sticky surface for the sugar.
Dip the frosted rim into purple sanding sugar to coat evenly.
Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Blue Hawaiian Punch, 2 oz of coconut rum, and oz of pineapple juice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Serve:
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.
Add a purple striped straw to enhance the Sully-inspired theme.
Notes:
Non-Alcoholic Version: For a kid-friendly mocktail, substitute the coconut rum with coconut-flavored sparkling water or coconut milk.
Additional Garnish: Enhance the presentation by adding a blue gummy candy or a small toy monster figurine on the rim.
