Strawberry Brownies

These fudgy Strawberry Brownies combine the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a rich, buttery base for a dessert thats unique and delicious!

Ingredients:

16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries

3/4 cup unsalted butter 杻

1 cup chopped white chocolate

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

1 large egg 讀

2 large egg yolks 讀

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt 蓼


For the Ganache:

2 tbsp strawberry puree

1 tbsp heavy cream 拏

3/4 cup chopped white chocolate

Instructions:

1 Make Strawberry Puree: Chop strawberries and blend until smooth. Simmer the puree on medium heat for about 20 minutes until reduced to 2/3 cup. Let cool.

2 Brownie Batter: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease and line an 88 square pan with parchment paper. Melt butter and white chocolate together. Mix in sugar and strawberry puree. Add egg and yolks, then fold in flour and salt.

3 Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

4 Strawberry Ganache: Heat strawberry puree and cream, then pour over chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth, adding more cream if needed. Spread ganache over cooled brownies.

5 Slice & Serve: Let the ganache set, then cut into squares and enjoy!
