Sriracha Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
Ice cubes
Lime wedge and coarse salt for rimming optional
Jalapeño slice for garnish optional
Directions:
Prepare the Glass Optional: Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip it into coarse salt to create an even coating.
Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and Sriracha sauce.
Shake Well: Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish Optional: Add a jalapeño slice for an extra kick.
