Spicy Thai Basil Chicken Pad Krapow Gai
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup Thai basil leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 red chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steamed rice for serving
Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
Add ground chicken, cooking and breaking it apart until no longer pink.
Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted.
Serve hot over steamed rice for an authentic Thai experience.
