Sparkling Rosé Heart Jellies
Ingredients:
250ml sparkling rosé
125ml sparkling water or ginger ale
60ml vodka optional
2 tbsp caster sugar if needed
2 packets unflavoured gelatin 4 tsp
Edible glitter
Tools:
Heart-shaped molds
Instructions:
1 Sprinkle gelatin over 125ml rosé. Let bloom for 2 minutes. Heat gently until dissolved.
2 Mix with remaining rosé, sparkling water, and optional vodka. Add glitter.
3 Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
