Sparkling Jello Shots
Ingredients:
1 box 6 oz flavored gelatin mix e.g., raspberry, strawberry
2 cups boiling water
2 cups chilled sparkling white grape juice cocktail
Sprinkles for garnish
Directions:
Dissolve Gelatin:
In a heatproof bowl, combine the flavored gelatin mix with 2 cups of boiling water.
Whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Add Sparkling Juice:
Stir in 2 cups of chilled sparkling white grape juice cocktail.
Ensure the juice is cold to maintain the fizz.
Pour into Cups:
Arrange 2-ounce plastic shot glasses or similar containers on a tray.
Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into the cups.
Chill:
Refrigerate the filled cups for 2 to 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
Garnish and Serve:
Just before serving, top each jello shot with sprinkles for added fun.
