Snowy Pineapple Punch
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
cup coconut cream
cup ginger ale
1 oz lime juice
Ice cubes
Shredded coconut for garnish
Pineapple slices & lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
In a shaker, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 1015 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Gently top the drink with ginger ale to add a fizzy finish.
Garnish with shredded coconut, a pineapple slice, and a lime wedge for a tropical presentation.
