Snowman Hat Caprese Skewers
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes for the snowman hats
Mini mozzarella balls for the snowman heads
Fresh basil leaves
Toothpicks or small skewers
Balsamic glaze for decoration
Instructions:
Begin by thoroughly washing the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Gently pat them dry using a paper towel.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, then slice half of those halves into smaller pieces.
Assemble the skewer by threading a flat cherry tomato slice onto a toothpick or small skewer, followed by a basil leaf.
Carefully place a mini mozzarella ball on top of the basil to form the snowmans head.
Add another flat tomato slice and then a rounded half on top to create the hat.
Top the mozzarella ball with a fresh basil leaf to complete the hat. The basil will naturally adhere to the mozzarella due to its moisture.
