Slow Cooker Peach Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 bone-in pork chops

1 cup peach preserves

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water for thickening glaze


Fresh thyme for garnish

Directions:

Season pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

In a bowl, whisk together peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the peach glaze mixture over them.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.

Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water, then stir it into the sauce in the slow cooker. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes until the glaze thickens.

Return pork chops to the slow cooker and coat them in the thickened glaze.

Serve garnished with fresh thyme.
