This Raspberry Christmas Trifle is a festive and easy-to-make layered dessert that brings together fresh raspberries, ladyfingers, and a rich pastry cream. Ingredients:

3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam

4 cups fresh raspberries

1 cups heavy whipping cream 拏

2 cups confectioners sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 7 oz package crisp ladyfingers savoiardi biscuits

Instructions:

1. Prepare Raspberry Jam Mixture:

Microwave the raspberry jam in a large bowl for about 1 minute, or until it becomes hot and liquidy.

Stir in 3 1/2 cups of fresh raspberries and set aside. Reserve the remaining raspberries for decorating the top of the trifle.

2. Melt White Chocolate:

In a small pot over low heat or using a microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, melt the white chocolate chips. Stir frequently and set aside.

3. Whip the Cream:


In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set it aside.

In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and 1/3 of the whipped cream. Beat until smooth.

Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream with a spatula until fully combined.

5. Assemble the Trifle:

In a trifle dish, cover the bottom with a layer of ladyfingers, breaking them into pieces as needed to fit.

Spread 1/3 of the raspberry-jam mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture.

Repeat the layers two more times, ending with the cream cheese mixture on top.

6. Chill:

Cover and chill the trifle in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight for the best texture and flavor.

7. Garnish and Serve:

Before serving, garnish the trifle with the reserved whole raspberries and fresh mint sprigs on top for a beautiful festive touch.
