Reeses Cheesecake Cookies

A decadent cookie combining the rich flavors of Reeses peanut butter cups and a creamy cheesecake fillingperfect for any sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

1 cups all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking soda 籠

teaspoon salt 蓼

cup unsalted butter, softened 杻

cup granulated sugar

cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg 讀

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini Reeses peanut butter cups, chopped 樂

4 oz cream cheese, softened 燎

cup powdered sugar

cup Reeses peanut butter chips 樂


cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1 Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

3 In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.

4 Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.

5 Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold in the chopped Reeses peanut butter cups.

6 In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.

7 Roll a tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball, flatten it slightly, add a teaspoon of the cream cheese filling, and top with another tablespoon of dough. Seal the edges.

8 Place the filled cookie dough balls on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

9 While the cookies cool, melt the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips in separate bowls.

Drizzle the melted chips over the cooled cookies for a final touch!
