Reeses Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
Base:
8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened 燎
cup peanut butter 樂
cup powdered sugar
cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-ins:
1 cup mini Reeses Pieces
cup mini chocolate chips
cup crushed peanut butter cups optional 樂
Coating:
cup mini Reeses Pieces
cup mini chocolate chips
cup crushed peanut butter cups 樂
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. 樂
Add Mix-ins:
Stir in 1 cup of mini Reeses Pieces, cup mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups if using. Mix until evenly distributed. 樂
Shape and Chill:
Using your hands, shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
Prepare the Coating:
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining Reeses Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups.
Coat the Cheese Ball:
Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll it in the candy mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating. 樂
Serve:
Place the coated cheese ball on a serving plate and surround it with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping. 泌
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
