Ingredients:

40ml gin

20ml raspberry liqueur

10ml Crème de Cacao Blanc

50ml single cream

1 tbsp mascarpone

25ml milk


5ml vanilla syrup

Crushed digestive biscuits and white chocolate curls to garnish

Method:

1 Prepare the cream layer: Use an electric whisk to beat the single cream, milk, mascarpone, and vanilla syrup until its creamy and velvety, coating the back of a spoon.

2 Mix the cocktail: In a mixing glass, combine gin, raspberry liqueur, and Crème de Cacao Blanc with ice. Stir until chilled.

3 Assemble: Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupette glass. Slowly pour the cream mixture on top using the back of a spoon to create a perfect layered effect.

4 Garnish: Sprinkle crushed biscuits or white chocolate curls on top for a finishing touch.
