Ingredients:
2 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature 燎
cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs 讀
cup pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1 9-inch graham cracker crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions:
1 Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 325F 160C.
2 Make the Cheesecake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
3 Prepare the Base Layer: Remove 1 cups of the cheesecake batter and spread it into the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Set aside.
4 Add Pumpkin Flavor: To the remaining cheesecake batter, add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. Whisk gently until well combined.
