Pumpkin Crisp
Ingredients:
1 can 15 oz pumpkin puree
1 cup brown sugar
cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon ginger
cup oats
cup butter, melted
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
Prepare the Topping:
In another bowl, combine the remaining brown sugar, flour, oats, and melted butter. Mix until the ingredients are evenly coated and crumbly.
Assemble and Bake:
Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly in a baking dish, then sprinkle the topping generously over it. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious treat!
