Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz limoncello
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
Prosecco rosé, to top
Lemon slice and sugar for rim optional
Instructions:
Prepare the glass: Rim a coupe or martini glass with lemon juice and dip in sugar. Set aside.
Mix the ingredients: In a shaker, combine vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup. Fill with ice and shake well.
Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with Prosecco: Gently top the cocktail with Prosecco rosé.
Garnish: Add a lemon slice on the rim for garnish.
