Pizza Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef

12 ounces rotini pasta

1/2 yellow onion, diced

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 14-ounce jars of pizza sauce

Pepperoni slices

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, diced onions, and mushrooms until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are soft.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir, cooking for 30-45 seconds until fragrant. Drain any excess grease, then season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and cooked pasta until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and additional pepperoni slices.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and starts to turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy!
