Pink Starburst Jell-O Shots
Ingredients:
2 0.25-oz. packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup vodka
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon strawberry Jell-O mix
1 cups Cool Whip
Pink Starbursts, for garnish
Instructions:
Bloom the Gelatin:
In a large bowl or liquid measuring cup, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the vodka. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
Dissolve the Gelatin:
Pour the boiling water into the gelatin mixture and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Add Flavor and Creaminess:
Whisk in the strawberry Jell-O mix until completely dissolved.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour into Molds:
Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small molds.
Refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours.
Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, cut a slit halfway through each Pink Starburst and place one on the rim of each shot glass for a decorative touch.
