Pink Mimosa
Ingredients:
Peach Schnapps: 1 oz 30 ml
Champagne: 4 oz 120 ml
Grenadine: 1 oz 30 ml
Sugar: For rimming the glass
Strawberry: For garnish
Gear:
Champagne Flute
Basic Bar Tools shaker, strainer
Preparation:
Prepare the Glass:
Rim the edge of a champagne flute with sugar. You can do this by wetting the rim with a little water or lemon juice and then dipping it into sugar. Add ice if desired.
Mix the Ingredients:
Pour 1 oz of peach schnapps into the glass.
Slowly add 4 oz of champagne.
Add Grenadine:
Gently pour in 1 oz of grenadine. It will settle at the bottom, creating a beautiful gradient effect.
Stir to Combine:
Give the drink a gentle stir to combine the flavors without losing too much fizz.
Garnish:
Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass for a lovely touch.
