1 lb 450g thinly sliced ribeye steak or beef sirloin
1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Thinly slice the beef if not pre-sliced and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion into thin strips.
2. Caramelize the Onions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and olive oil.
