Perfect Cupcake Brownies
Making brownies in muffin pans gives you that crispy outside and chewy inside in every biteno need to fight over the corner pieces! This recipe uses boxed brownie mix for convenience, with a little twist to make them extra delicious.
Ingredients:
2 boxes of brownie mix choose your favorite brand
Ingredients as per the brownie mix instructions
1 extra egg for a fudgier, chewy texture
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions, adding an extra egg for added chewiness.
Generously spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray to ensure the brownies release easily.
Pour the brownie batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. This recipe makes approximately 24 brownie cupcakes.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean a few crumbs are okay for a fudgy texture.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Use the tip of a butter knife to gently pop each brownie out of the pan.
