Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup chopped caramel candies
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent the cookies from sticking.
Make the Cookie Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
