Peanut Butter Cup Frappuccino
Ingredients:
1 cup double-strength coffee, chilled
1 cup skim milk, chilled
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder regular or dark/Dutched
1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter such as PB2
Sweetener of your choice like Stevia, Truvia, or Splenda – optional
1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
Instructions:
Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine the chilled coffee, skim milk, cocoa powder, and powdered peanut butter. Blend until well mixed, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Add Ice and Sweetener:
Add ice and any desired sweetener. Blend again until smooth and free of large ice chunks.
Serve:
Pour the frappuccino into a glass and drizzle the warmed peanut butter on top.
Enjoy:
Serve immediately for a refreshing treat!
