Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients:

For the Meat Layer:

1 lbs ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper

For the Lasagna Layers:


9 lasagna noodles, cooked

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

8 strips cooked bacon, chopped

cup sour cream

1 tablespoon yellow mustard optional, for tangy kick

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Cook beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Add garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Make sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and stir until thickened. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Preheat oven to 375F 190C.

Assemble lasagna: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of garlic-Parmesan sauce. Layer 3 noodles, then beef mixture, bacon, a drizzle of sauce, dollops of sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheddar. Repeat layers twice more.

Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and extra bacon.

Bake uncovered for 3035 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
