Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups Minute Rice brown or white

1 can cream of chicken soup 北

1 can cream of mushroom soup 北

1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan 杻

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Instructions:

1 Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.

2 Prepare the Baking Pan:


Grease a 913-inch baking pan with butter to prevent sticking and add extra flavor.

3 Mix Rice and Soups:

In a medium bowl, combine the Minute Rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Stir well to mix.

4 Assemble the Casserole:

Pour the rice and soup mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the chicken breasts.

5 Bake:

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to trap the steam, ensuring the rice cooks and the chicken stays tender.
