1 package graham crackers

8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened 燎

1/4 cup 50g granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups 480ml whipped cream or whipped topping 籠

1 package 3 oz or 85g strawberry Jello

1 cup 240ml boiling water

1 cup 150g sliced strawberries

Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions:


1 In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

2 Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully combined.

3 In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water according to the package instructions. Let it cool slightly.

4 Line the bottom of a 913-inch 23x33cm baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them if necessary to fit.

5 Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.

6 Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.

7 Pour half of the dissolved Jello over the strawberries, spreading it evenly.
