No-Bake Peppermint Bark Snowballs

Ingredients:
Baking & Spices:
2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate graham crackers
cup powdered sugar
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
teaspoon peppermint extract
Dairy:
cup unsalted butter, melted
Toppings:
1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
Directions:
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafer cookies, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Stir in the melted butter and peppermint extract. Mix until the ingredients come together into a moist, cohesive mixture.
Shape the Snowballs:
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball between your palms.
Place the rolled snowballs onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Chill the Snowballs:
