No Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies
4 tablespoons butter, melted 杻
1 cup heavy whipping cream 拏
20 ounces cream cheese, softened 燎
1 tablespoon cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cups Nutella
For Serving:

Whipped cream
Extra Nutella for drizzling
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Crush the Oreo cookies including the filling in a food processor until fine.
Stir together the crushed cookies and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Whip the Cream:
In a chilled metal bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar using a whisk or hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Place it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the remaining cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Nutella to the cream cheese, beating until well combined.
Combine Mixtures:
Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and gently fold it into the Nutella mixture until smooth and even.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill:
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or up to 48 hours for the best set.
Serve:
When ready to serve, run a thin knife around the edges of the pan to release the cheesecake. Unclamp the springform pan and carefully remove it.
