M&M Cookie Dough Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini M&M candies
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until a smooth cookie dough forms.
Fold in M&Ms and Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the mini M&M candies and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Press and Chill:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the cookie dough fudge mixture into the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice and Serve:
