Mini Reeses Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Trifles 樂

Description:

These trifles are a no-bake dream come true! Layers of rich peanut butter cheesecake, fluffy chocolate whipped cream, and delicious Reeses chunks make this dessert a perfect treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.

Ingredients:

For the Peanut Butter Cheesecake Layers:

12 oz cream cheese, room temperature 燎

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup peanut butter 樂

2 1/2 tbsp milk 拏

For the Chocolate Whipped Cream and Filling:

1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream 拏

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

5 tbsp powdered sugar

12 oz bag of mini Reeses, chopped 樂

Chocolate sauce

Instructions:


1 Cheesecake Layer:

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk, and mix until well incorporated. Set aside.

2 Chocolate Whipped Cream:

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

3 Layer the Trifles:

Spoon or pipe an even layer of peanut butter cheesecake into the bottom of each serving cup.

4 Add Reeses and Chocolate Sauce:

Top the cheesecake layer with 3-4 chopped mini Reeses and drizzle chocolate sauce over them.

5 Whipped Cream Layer:

Add a layer of chocolate whipped cream on top of the chocolate sauce.

6 Repeat Layers:

Repeat the process with another layer of peanut butter cheesecake, chopped Reeses, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

7 Finish with Whipped Cream:

Top the trifles with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with half of a mini Reeses.

8 Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
