1/2 cup salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges, well drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1 container 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325F. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until well combined. Stir in drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and pecans, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of pecans for garnish. Fold in the Cool Whip and remaining untoasted coconut.
Assemble the Pie: Spoon the filling into the prepared crust. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and reserved pecans.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired, and enjoy!
