Mac n Cheese Burger Wrap
Ingredients:
For the Mac n Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Burgers:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
Optional Toppings:
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Pickles
Condiments ketchup, mustard, mayo
Directions:
Cook the Macaroni: Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, then gradually add milk. When thickened, add cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with macaroni.
Cook the Burgers: Season beef, form into patties, and cook on a skillet for 4-5 minutes per side.
Assemble Wraps: Place a patty on a tortilla, add mac n cheese, toppings, then wrap it.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm.
