Luck of the Irish Cocktail
A festive and creamy green cocktail perfect for St. Patricks Day celebrations! This smooth and indulgent drink features Irish cream, crème de menthe, and vodka for a delightful balance of minty freshness and rich, boozy goodness.
Ingredients:
1 oz Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
1 oz crème de menthe green
1 oz vodka
oz half-and-half or heavy cream optional, for extra creaminess
Ice cubes
Whipped cream for topping
Green sprinkles or edible glitter optional, for garnish
Maraschino cherry optional, for garnish
Directions:
1 Fill the Shaker
Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Irish cream, crème de menthe, vodka, and half-and-half if using.
2 Shake It Up
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-mixed and chilled.
3 Strain and Serve
