Low-Carb Crack Slaw
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef or turkey
2 bags coleslaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
3 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground ginger
Optional: add a packet of Splenda
Instructions:
Cook the Meat:
In a pan, cook the ground meat as you normally would until browned.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and add the soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic. Stir-fry until tender.
Add the Cabbage:
Incorporate the coleslaw mix, crushed red pepper, and ground ginger into the pan. Cook until the cabbage is mostly tender but still has a slight crunch.
Combine Ingredients:
Drain any excess fat from the cooked meat and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Stir to combine. If desired, add a touch more soy sauce for flavor.
