Low-Carb Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
4 low-carb tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle 1/4 of the shredded mozzarella cheese over it, followed by 1/4 of the pepperoni slices. Season with a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Roll and Place on Baking Sheet: Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet to hold its shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Cool and Slice: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pinwheels.
