Low Calorie Lemon Drop Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Ice
Lemon twist or slice for garnish
Sugar for rimming the glass
Directions:
Rim a martini glass with sugar by running a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it into a plate of sugar. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or slice.
