Bring 2 cups of Dr. Pepper to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cherry gelatin in the boiling Dr. Pepper, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add the remaining 1 cup of cold Dr. Pepper and 1 cup of Fireball whiskey to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
