1 cup Champagne
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup chocolate liqueur

1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
Bloom Gelatin: Combine cold water and gelatin in a small saucepan. Let sit for 1 minute.
Dissolve Gelatin: Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
