Longevity Green Juice
A refreshing juice packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients to support a vibrant and healthy life!
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach or kale
1 green apple
1 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1/2 lemon
1-inch piece of fresh ginger
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder for an added nutrient boost
Directions:
Prep the Ingredients:
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
Peel the lemon and ginger. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough to fit into your juicer chute.
Juice:
Run all the prepared ingredients through a juicer, alternating leafy greens with firmer items like apple and cucumber for better extraction.
Mix and Serve:
Stir the juice well to combine all flavors.
