Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
3 packs cream cheese, softened
cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
Ganache:
1 cup white chocolate
cup heavy whipping cream
Green sprinkles
Red buttercream frosting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F 163C.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased pan.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add heavy cream and eggs, mixing until well combined.
Chop Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and fold into the batter.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
For ganache: heat heavy cream and white chocolate until smooth, then drizzle over the cheesecake.
Decorate with green sprinkles and red buttercream frosting.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
