Ingredients:
1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
1/2 lb crab meat, picked over for shells
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon juice and zest
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional for a little spice
