Lemon Drop Jello Shots
Sweet, tangy, and packed with fun, these Lemon Drop Jello Shots will brighten up any party! Heres how to whip up these zesty delights:
Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
1 cup ice-cold lemon vodka
1 box 3 oz lemon Jello
Directions:
1 Prepare the Base:
Boil 1 cup of water an electric kettle works great for speed!.
In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon Jello powder with the boiling water. Stir continuously for about 1 minute until fully dissolved.
2 Add the Vodka:
Turn off the heat, and pour in 1 cup of ice-cold lemon vodka. Stir for another minute to blend the flavors perfectly.
3 Pour & Chill:
Carefully pour the mixture into shot cups use a measuring cup or the Jellinator to avoid spills.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the Jello sets completely.
4 Add the Sugar Rim:
Once set, lightly moisten the rims of the cups with water or lemon juice. Dip them in sugar for a sparkly, sweet finish.
