Jingle Juice Jello Shot
Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup vodka
1 cup cranberry juice
1 package 3 oz lime gelatin
Garnish:
Crushed candy cane
Instructions:
Prepare the Jello Mixture:
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of cranberry juice to a boil.
Stir in the lime gelatin until completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Add the Vodka:
Once the gelatin mixture has cooled but not set, stir in 1 cup of vodka.
Mix well to combine.
Set the Jello Shots:
Pour the mixture into mini candy cane cups or any small shot glasses.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Garnish:
Once the shots are set, sprinkle the top with crushed candy cane to add a crunchy, minty finish.
